Abstract
While the senior author was in training at Camp Barkeley, Taylor County, Texas, from September 1942 to February 1944, a nearly complete collection of native plants was made from that region. Specimens were forwarded to Mr. V. L. Cory, then of the Agricultural Experiment Station at Sonora, Texas. Most of them were identified immediately, but others were referred to specialists for study and determination. This paper lists the species collected, with habitat-, locality-, and other noteworthy information concerning them. (Continued in July 1946 issue.)
