Abstract

The Higgs boson inclusive and differential fiducial cross sections are measured in the H → ZZ∗ → 4l, decay channel, where l = e,μ. The measurements are performed using proton−proton collision data from the Large Hadron Collider produced at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The data was recorded by the ATLAS detector between 2015 and 2018 and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb−1. Differential fiducial cross sections are measured for a set of observables that are sensitive to the production and decay of the Higgs boson. All measured cross sections are found to be in agreement with the Standard Model within the measured uncertainties. Finally, several results are used to constrain anomalous interactions between the Higgs boson and other Standard Model particles.
