Inhuman Entrepreneurial Judgment and the Entrepreneur of the Gaps

Abstract
Can artificial intelligence ever display entrepreneurial judgment? This paper takes steps to make this claim falsifiable, and by whatever falsifiable standard one wishes to invoke, it is in the process of being falsified. Deeper implications for the possibility of inhuman entrepreneurial judgment follow from its close relationship with the mechanics of Stiglerian search and the resemblance of the architecture of Large Language Models to constrained maximization problems. Illustrative examples will be explored, along with implications of artificial intelligence for market economies.
