Student Works and Scholarship

This collection includes law review publications, theses, and dissertations authored or co-authored by graduates and degree-seeking scholars of the SMU Dedman School of Law. It also encompasses the International Law Review Association Student Forum, which publishes case notes and comments authored by law students.
