The SMU Human Trafficking Data Research (HTDR) Project is pleased to present the inaugural SMU Human Trafficking Data Conference, a first-of-its-kind event that brings together researchers, practitioners, law enforcement and governmental officials, nonprofit organizations, data scientists, and other stakeholders who value the quality, availability, and efficacy of human trafficking data.

The conference theme mirrors SMU Human Trafficking Data Research Project’s mission: Make Human Trafficking Data Work. The conference offers attendees access to experts in different areas of human trafficking data, breakout sessions to focus on specific aspects of human trafficking data, and networking opportunities for future collaboration. This event will be a vital opportunity for networking, information sharing, and partnership building involving the many diverse aspects of human trafficking data.
